Thank you for spending at Swapface.org. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to help.
To initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below.

Digital Subscription Products (e.g. Swapface Subscription)

If you stop using Swapface but forget to unsubscribe your plan, we will usually be happy to refund your latest subscription payment, as long as you have not created any content since the payment was completed.
To request a refund, please send us a refund request via Discord (also works for unsubscribe requests).

Digital products (e.g. Swapface Credits Packs)

No refund if any credit pack have been used. We do not offer partial or pro rata refunds.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for the refund.

Non-returnable items

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your refund request, our staff will check your membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original [credit card/payment method] used for the purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
